Town of Seneca Falls, NY Article III Redemption Period for Seized Dogs

§ 106-17 Extension of redemption period authorized.

The Town of Seneca Falls in the County of Seneca, State of New York, hereby extends the redemption period for the redemption of dogs seized pursuant to § 118 of the New York State Agriculture and Markets Law as it is enabled to do so pursuant to § 118, Subdivision 8, of the Agriculture and Markets Law.

§ 106-18 Redemption period.

All redemption periods set forth in said § 118 shall be for a period of 10 days, except that where notice to the owner is required to be given by mail according to said section, such period shall be for 14 days.
