All owners or persons in control of a house trailer must obtain
a temporary permit from the Building Inspector prior to said trailer
being occupied by any person.
All owners or persons in control of a commercial trailer being
used for construction, food service, office or similar commercial
purposes in Northbridge must obtain a temporary permit from the Building
Inspector prior to said trailer being occupied by any person.
The penalty for violation of §§ 9-701 and 9-702
shall be $50, and each day a trailer is occupied without a temporary
permit shall be a separate offense.
