[HISTORY: Adopted by the Township Committee of the Township
of Buena Vista 7-12-2004 by Ord. No. 4-2004 (Ch. 52A of the 1993

The Township herein adopts this chapter providing for the registration
of domestic partnerships pursuant to N.J.S.A. 26:8A et seq.
The Township Clerk is hereby authorized to issue a certificate
of domestic partnership and to charge the appropriate fee to any person(s)
complying with the provisions of the Domestic Partnership Act.
