Should any industry become tributary to the sewage works of the Town of Lenox, there may be modifications made to this Part 1 to provide the Town with additional monitoring, permit and enforcement controls over such industry as may be required pursuant to § 307 of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act Amendments of 1972, Public Law 92-500. No provision of this Part 1 shall prohibit the enforcement of § 307 of the Act (P.L. 92-500).
