(a) 
It shall be unlawful for any person to fire or discharge any weapon, including but not limited to firearms, bows and arrows, crossbows, airguns, slingshots and any other device from which a dangerous projectile exceeding 0.177 caliber may be propelled intended or capable of killing or wounding a person or animal.
(b) 
In addition to the penalties set forth in § 1-17, upon conviction, a violation of this section may also be punishable by impoundment of the weapon or other device for a period not to exceed 90 days.

It shall be unlawful for any person to fire, discharge, display or possess any fireworks, except of the type and under the conditions permitted by Chapter XXXIX of the Penal Code of the state (MCL 750.243a).
(a) 
It shall be unlawful for any person to leave outside of any building or dwelling, in a place accessible to children, any abandoned, unattended or discarded icebox, refrigerator or container having airtight doors which, when closed, cannot be opened from the inside.
(b) 
It shall be unlawful for any person to leave outside of any building or dwelling, in a place accessible to children, any abandoned, unattended or discarded icebox, refrigerator or any other container of any kind which has an airtight snaplock or other device, without first removing the snaplock or doors from the icebox, refrigerator or container.
