This article shall be known as the "1985 Suspension
and Revocation of Licenses, Appeal Ordinance."
The purpose of this article is to give the Borough
of Clarion the power to enforce Borough ordinances.

The Borough Manager or the Borough Zoning/Code
Enforcement Officer may suspend or revoke any license which it has
issued to any licensee if:
A. The application for the license contains false information;
B. The licensee shall have violated any provision of
any Borough ordinance; or
C. Failure to correct any of the violations within a
three-day period after notice of the violation has been sent to the
licensee via registered mail.

An appeal from any suspension or revocation
may be made to the Borough Council at any time within 10 days of receipt
of the notice of suspension or revocation. The appeal must be presented
in writing. The Borough Council will give its decision to the party
making the appeal within 15 days after Council's receipt of the written
appeal.
