Users in Robbinsville Township, Mercer County, New Jersey, shall
be subject to the provisions of this chapter, and the Township shall
enforce this chapter in accordance with the multimunicipal sewage
system agreement between the Township and Robbinsville Township dated
April 28, 1976, and all its amendments.
Users in West Windsor Township, Mercer County, New Jersey, shall
be subject to the provisions of this chapter, which shall be fully
enforceable.
