A.
The owner
of any rental property within the City of Olivette shall file with
the City Clerk names of all tenants of such property, together with
the address of the dwelling unit occupied by each such tenant, with
the City Clerk of the City of Olivette. Such information shall be
filed by the owner within sixty (60) days following October 25, 1966.
B.
The owner
of any rental property within the City of Olivette shall supply to
the City Clerk the name of any new tenant and the address of the dwelling
unit so occupied within sixty (60) days following the change of occupancy
of any dwelling unit within the City of Olivette.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this Chapter shall
be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall
be subject to a fine of not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more
than fifty dollars ($50.00).

Any electric utility company providing service within the City
of Olivette shall notify the Building Official in writing within seven
(7) working days after any month in which there is a change of user
of residential or non-residential electric service within the City,
indicating the address including apartment or unit number of the service
connected or billed and the name of the user. The City shall use information
provided under this Section solely for updating occupancy permit records
and for code enforcement purposes.
