All appointments, promotions and removals of City officers and
employees shall be made in compliance with the Performance Based Personnel
Code of the City of Ellisville, as it may be amended from time to
time. Appellate procedures to review disciplinary actions imposed
by the City Manager shall include a personnel review board consisting
of three (3) commissioners appointed by the Council on such terms
and conditions as they may enact by ordinance. No person, while a
member of said commission, shall hold or be a candidate for any office
of public trust.
