It is unlawful for any person to erect any barn, stable or other
objectional building within the City limits, nor shall any privy or
outdoor toilet be constructed or situated within the City where water
and sanitary sewerage facilities are available.

It is unlawful for any person to erect or operate any livery
or livestock feed or sales stable within one hundred fifty (150) feet
of any dwelling.

Any building erected or use operated in violation of this Chapter
is declared a nuisance and may be abated in the same manner as provide
by ordinance for abatement of other nuisances; provided that nothing
contained in this Section shall apply to any of the above mentioned
buildings or uses that were in existence or in operation when the
ordinance codified in this Chapter went into effect.
