A. It
shall be unlawful for a commercial vehicle licensed for over eighteen
thousand (18,000) pounds to be operated on:
1. Clearview Road from Highway 50 to Northbend Road.
2. Kennedy Street from Highway 50 to Porterford Road.
3. South Washington Avenue from Highway 50 to Porterford Road.
4. South Lincoln Street from Highway 50 to Porterford Road.
5. South Jefferson Street from Highway 50 to Porterford Road.
6. Sophia Street from Kennedy to Porterford Road.
7. Roesner Street from Eisenhower to Porterford Road.
8. Frank Street from Highway 50 to Porterford Road.
B. This
Section shall not prohibit the operation of commercial motor vehicles
along or upon said designated streets for the purposes of making pickup,
deliveries, emergency repairs nor the operation of utility vehicles.
C. The
violation of this Section shall be an ordinance violation and, upon
conviction thereof, the court may impose a fine of up to three hundred
dollars ($300.00) or ninety (90) days in Jail, or both.

A. Restrictions. It shall be unlawful for a commercial motor
vehicle licensed for over eighteen thousand (18,000) pounds to be
operated on:
1. Park Avenue west of Christina Street running west to its terminus
at Clark Avenue.
2. Park Road west to its intersection with Flat Creek, and Park Avenue
west to the railroad spur crossing which is four-tenths (0.4) of a
mile east of Independence Drive.
B. Hours Of Applicability. The prohibitions set out in Subsection
(A) of this Section shall only be enforced between the hours of 7:00 P.M. and 7:00 A.M. until such time as either the completion of Independence Drive from Park Road west to Highway 47, or the completion of the widening of Highway 50, whichever comes first, at which time the such prohibitions shall be enforced twenty-four (24) hours per day.
C. Exceptions. This Section shall not prohibit the operation
of commercial motor vehicles along or upon the designated street for
the purposes of making pickups or deliveries or making emergency repairs,
or the operation of utility vehicles.
D. Penalty. The violation of this Section shall be an ordinance
violation and, upon conviction thereof, the court may impose a fine
of up to three hundred dollars ($300.00) or ninety (90) days in Jail,
or both.

twelve thousand (12,000) pounds to be operated on Park Avenue east
of its intersection with Church Street and running east to its terminus
at Fenton Creek.
B. This
Section shall not prohibit the operation of commercial motor vehicles
along or upon the designated street for the purposes of making pickups
or deliveries or making emergency repairs, or the operation of utility
vehicles.
C. The
violation of this Section shall be an ordinance violation and, upon
conviction thereof, the court may impose a fine of up to three hundred
dollars ($300.00) or ninety (90) days in Jail, or both.
