Pursuant to the authority granted by and subject to the provision
of Section 67.1360, RSMo., 2010, a tax on the charges for all sleeping
rooms paid for by transient guests of hotels and motels within the
City of Festus is hereby increased. The rate of said tax shall be
five percent (5%) on the charges for all sleeping rooms paid for by
transient guests of hotels and motels.

voters of the city at a general election held April 3, 2012.
