Every person, firm or corporation who shall acquire a motor
vehicle or motor vehicles for the purpose of dismantling the same
or who shall sell or offer for sale a part or parts from a dismantled
motor vehicle or motor vehicles is hereby declared to be engaged in
the business or occupation of operating an automobile or motor vehicle
salvage yard.

Any person, firm or corporation operating an automobile or motor
vehicle salvage yard shall store and keep all motor vehicle parts
under a roof and shall construct and maintain suitable fences or walls
around such space under such roof of sufficient height so that no
junk, wrecked cars or other material of an unsightly nature shall
be visible from a public street or highway.

Every person, firm or corporation operating an automobile or
motor vehicle salvage yard shall remove outside the City limits all
debris and all parts of cars that are useless.

No motor vehicle salvage yard shall be operated or maintained
within five hundred (500) feet of any residence building and all motor
vehicle salvage yards shall be not less than five hundred (500) feet
removed from any public street or highway.
