Every vehicle, except Fire Department apparatus, police vehicles and ambulances while on emergency runs, shall be brought to a full and complete stop before passing any crossing or intersections designated by Schedule VI, at which there will have been placed or erected a sign or marker; provided however, that where a Police Officer shall be stationed at any of such stops, the Police Officer's reasonable direction shall be obeyed.

The following street intersections and street crossings are designated as school and playground stops, and all vehicles as defined in Schedule VI of this Title shall be brought to a stop at all such places:

Balson Avenue at a point seven hundred twenty (720) feet east of the east line of Hanley Road.
Eighty-Second Boulevard north of Milan Avenue in front of Barbara C. Jordan School.
Ferguson Avenue at Crest Avenue.
Groby Road at a point three hundred twenty (320) feet west of the west line of Eighty-First Street.
Jackson Avenue at the north leg of Cornell Avenue.
Laughlin Avenue at a point one hundred twenty (120) feet north of the north line of Milan Avenue.
