A.
Saving Clauses. If any Section, clause or provision of this
Chapter shall be held to be unconstitutional, such declarations shall
not affect the validity of the remaining Sections, clauses and provisions
of this Chapter.
B.
All
rights or remedies of the City are expressly saved as to any and all
violations of any zoning ordinance or amendment thereto of the City
and that have accrued at the time of the effective date of this Article
and such an accrued violation of previous zoning ordinance which would
otherwise become non-conforming uses under this Article shall be considered
as violations of this Chapter in the same manner that they were violations
of prior zoning ordinances of the City.
