When signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall
operate a commercial vehicle on City streets except as provided herein.

truck or commercial vehicle, other than an emergency vehicle, which
shall weigh in excess of twelve thousand (12,000) pounds upon any
portion of the bridge.
