No person, in removing snow, ice or slush from private property, shall dump or deposit, or cause to be dumped or deposited, such snow, ice or slush, either temporarily or permanently, on any sidewalk, street or other public property within the Township without the previous written consent of the Township Supervisor or his delegate.

No person, in removing snow, ice or slush from private property, shall dump or deposit, or cause to be dumped or deposited, such snow, ice or slush, either temporarily or permanently, on any private property not owned or leased by such person without the previous written consent of the owner or lessee of the property on which the snow, ice or slush is to be dumped or deposited. Any violation hereof shall constitute a trespass.

No person, in removing snow, ice, or slush from public property under his control such as a driveway or approach, shall dump or deposit, or cause to be dumped or deposited, such snow, ice, or slush, either temporarily or permanently, on any sidewalk, path, street or other public property within the Township without the express written authorization of the Township Supervisor, or, if he is unavailable, the Township Clerk.

Any person who shall violate a provision of this article or shall fail to comply with any of the requirements thereof, shall be responsible for a municipal civil infraction.
