Except as otherwise provided in this Chapter, every vehicle
stopped or parked upon a roadway where there are adjacent curbs shall
be so stopped or parked with the right-hand wheels of such vehicle
parallel to and within eighteen (18) inches of the right-hand curb.
On those streets which have been signed or marked by the City
Traffic Engineer for angle parking, no person shall park or stand
a vehicle other than at the angle to the curb or edge of the roadway
indicated by such signs or markings.

Except as otherwise provided in this Title, it shall be unlawful
for any person to stand or park a vehicle in a roadway other than
parallel with the edge of the roadway headed in the direction of lawful
traffic movement and other than with wheels on the side of the vehicle
nearest the edge of the roadway within twelve (12) inches of the curb
or edge of the roadway, and it shall not be parked closer than two
(2) feet from other parked vehicles.

A. A fine
of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) shall be imposed on any vehicle parked
near any intersection where such vehicle constitutes an obstruction
to traffic, and fine shall double if it endures more than seven (7)
days. The Director of Public Works shall determine the distance within
which parking shall be prohibited.
1. Definition. The area embraced within the prolongation of
the property lines of two (2) or more streets which join at an angle,
whether or not such streets cross.
