In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 103 of the General
Statutes of Connecticut, as amended, the Town Council is hereby designated
as the Water Pollution Control Authority of the Town with all the
powers and duties set forth in Special Act No. 532 titled "An Act
Concerning a Sewerage System for the Town of Plainville," as amended,
and such powers as are conferred upon water pollution control authorities
under said Chapter 103.
Any and all regulations and resolutions previously enacted and
adopted by the Plainville Sewer Commission or the Town Council acting
as the Sewer Authority of the Town under authority granted by any
general or special act are hereby adopted and shall remain in full
force and effect.
