A. 
The International Existing Building Code, 2018 Edition, as published by the International Code Council be and is hereby adopted as the code of the City of Brentwood, Missouri, for regulating the design, construction, quality of materials, erection, installation, alteration, repair, location, relocation, replacement, addition to or change of occupancy in existing buildings in the City of Brentwood, Missouri and providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, conditions, and terms of said Existing Building Code, as published by the International Code Council on file with the office of the City Clerk and hereby referred to, adopted and made part hereof as if fully set out in this Section 500.800 with the following additions, revisions, insertions and deletions as prescribed below.
B. 
The following Sections are hereby revised to read as follows:
1. 
Section 101.1. Title. These regulations shall be known as the Existing Building Code of the City of Brentwood.
2. 
Section 108.2. Fee Schedule. Fees are as prescribed in Appendix "A" of the Brentwood Municipal Code.
3. 
Section 108.6. Fee refunds. The code official shall authorize the refunding of fees as prescribed in Appendix "A" of the Brentwood Municipal Code.
4. 
Section 113.4 Violation penalties. Any person who violates a provision of this code or fails to comply with any of the requirements thereof or who erects, constructs, alters or repairs a building or structure in violation of the approved construction documents or directive of the Building Official, or of a permit or certificate issued under the provisions of this code, shall be punishable in accordance with the provisions of Section 100.080 of the Brentwood City Code.
