The purpose of this District is to provide for single-family
and two-family residential development on medium sized lots, together
with such churches, recreational facilities, and accessory uses as
may be necessary or are normally compatible with residential surroundings.
The District is located to protect existing development of this character
and contains vacant land considered appropriate for such development
in the future. The regulations set forth in this Article or set forth
elsewhere in this Chapter when referred to in this Article, are the
regulations in the "R-3" Residential District.

A. A building
or premises shall be used only for the following purposes:
1. Any use permitted in the "R-2" Residential District.

XIV shall be observed.
