The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article,
shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where
the context clearly indicates a different meaning:
The placing of any electrical wiring or each device, appliance
or equipment within or on any building, structure or premises to carry
electric light, heat or power current, and any alteration or addition
made in any such existing wiring, devices, appliances or equipment.
