No moveable basketball goals shall extend or be placed on or
in front of the building line on the front or side of any lot in the
Village of Hanley Hills as described on the plat of said lot on record
in the office of the Record of Deeds in St. Louis County, Missouri,
nor shall any basketball goal be placed on any property within the
Village in such a way that any person or persons playing on such goal
interferes with traffic in the streets.

It shall be the responsibility of the owners and occupants of
the lot or property to ensure that the basketball goal is in compliance
with this Chapter whether present at the time of the violation or
not.

Penalty for violation of Section
535.010 shall be as set forth in Chapter
100, Article
III, of this Code.
