Upon the effective date of the passage of this article, any
person shall be eligible to be appointed to or to hold any office
other than Mayor, Trustee or member of any board or commission regardless
of whether or not such person resides within the Village of Churchville,
except that such appointed individual or office holder must reside
within the County of Monroe.
