This is an article to encourage economic development and activity
and to promote growth within an area in the City of Lapeer.
The Tax Increment Financing Plan and Development Plan adopted
by the Tax Increment Financing Authority of the City of Lapeer on
April 22, 1982, are hereby established and approved. The Tax Increment
Financing Plan and Development Plan are authorized by Act No. 450
of the Public Acts of 1980[1] and shall be implemented in accordance with its provisions.

The Tax Increment Financing Plan Number Two and Development
Plan Number Two adopted by the Tax Increment Finance Authority of
the City of Lapeer on March 28, 1983, and modified by the Lapeer City
Commission on May 5, 1983, are hereby established and approved with
the modifications of May 5, 1983. The Tax Increment Financing Plan
Number Two and Development Plan Number Two are authorized by Act No.
450 of the Public Acts of 1980[1] and shall be implemented in accordance with its provisions.
