All Borough parks, including Portstown Park, George Weaver Memorial
Park, Sixth Street Park and Blairs Field, shall be closed from 10:00
p.m. until 6:00 a.m.

The Mayor, at the Mayor's discretion, may authorize and
approve exceptions to the closing requirements set forth above for
certain types of public events.

Any person, firm, or corporation who shall violate this Part,
upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to a fine of not more
than $500, plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and
costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days.

It is the intent and purpose of this Part to make all tobacco
use illegal in the public parks within the Borough of Huntingdon.

It shall be unlawful for any person in any Borough recreational
area, park or conservation area to display, distribute, use, chew,
expectorate, discard, light or smoke tobacco products.

Any person violating this Part shall be subject to a fine of
not more than $1,000, plus the costs of prosecution; in default of
payment of such fine and costs, the person shall be subject to imprisonment
of up to 30 days. Further use of recreation and park facilities may
be denied to violators of this Part in addition to the imposition
of fines or costs.

The Huntingdon Borough Police Department shall administer the
provisions of this Part, and any violation of this Part shall be prosecuted
by the Huntingdon Borough Police Department.
