Effective January 1, 2008, the compensation to members of the
Board of Supervisors of Spring Township is fixed at $175 for each
meeting attended by a Supervisor; provided, however, that in no event
shall the compensation paid to any Supervisor exceed $2,500 per year.
The compensation shall be paid monthly.

The effective date of this change in compensation is January
1, 2008; provided, however, that any elected Supervisor presently
in office shall not receive the compensation fixed by this Part until
the expiration of the term of that elected Supervisor.
