The Board of Health of the Borough of Ramsey hereby adopts by reference Chapter
8 Body Art Procedure of the New Jersey State Sanitary Code.

a. For a permit to review plans for a body art procedures establishment as required by Chapter
8 of the N.J. State Sanitary Code: $350.
b. For a permit to operate a body art procedures establishment: $300.
