The following rules and regulations are adopted under the provisions of Sections 9 and 12 of the Zoning Act, M.G.L. Chapter 40A. They replace and supersede the rules and regulations dated November 1990 and a supplement dated January, 1993. They do not replace or affect rules adopted with respect to comprehensive permits. They do not replace rules regarding the internal organization of the Zoning Board of Appeals.
The term "Bylaw" below refers to the Town of Harvard Protective (Zoning) Bylaw.[1]
The "ZBA" is the Harvard Zoning Board of Appeals.
