That certain Agreement for Law Enforcement Services between
Ben Avon and Ohio Township is hereby approved.

This Part shall take effect on the date adopted by the Borough
Council and approved by the Mayor; the Agreement shall take effect
on the stroke of 12:00 a.m. on January 1, 2010 and be effective until
December 31, 2012.

This Part shall authorize the Council to authorize and enter
into any amendment, renewal or cancellation of the said Agreement
by way of resolution.
