The Constable(s), the Building Inspector(s) and the Code Enforcement
Officer(s) of the Town of Urbana are hereby authorized and empowered
to enforce the local laws and ordinances of the Town of Urbana and,
in conjunction therewith, they are hereby further authorized and empowered
to issue appearance tickets pursuant to § 150.20 of the
Criminal Procedure Law of the State of New York.
