A.
The position of City Administrator for the City of
Weldon Spring, Missouri, is hereby created.
B.
The City Administrator shall be the chief administrative
assistant to the Mayor and shall have general superintending control
over the administration and management of the government business,
officers and employees of the City, subject to the direction and supervision
of the Mayor.
C.
The City Administrator shall serve at the pleasure
of the appointing authority. The Mayor, with the consent of a majority
of the entire Board of Aldermen, shall have the authority to appoint
and/or remove the City Administrator from office at will. Such City
Administrator may also be removed by a two-thirds majority vote of
the entire Board independently of the Mayor's approval or disapproval.
