No motor or other vehicle of any kind shall be allowed or permitted to park in designated fire lanes in the Town of Potsdam, except to pick up and discharge passengers and to provide delivery service.

A violation of this article is hereby declared to be an infraction, and any person who violates this article by parking his vehicle in the no-parking area will be subject to having his vehicle towed away at his expense, and, upon conviction, be punished by a fine not exceeding $100.

Park Street in Unionville shall be closed to trucks and other traffic over four tons' gross weight.
A sign at the eastern corner of Park Street stating "No Thru Truck Traffic" shall be erected.
A violation of this article is hereby declared to be an infraction, and any person who violates this article will be subject to fines as follows: first offense not more than $150 or imprisonment of not more than 15 days or by both such fine and imprisonment; second offense, both which were committed within a period of 18 months, no more than $300 or imprisonment of not more than 45 days or by both such fine and imprisonment. Additional violations will be subject to fines pursuant to New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law § 1800.
