§ 5.01
Utility improvements
relating to sewers, water mains and fire hydrants and all street improvements
shall be provided in each new subdivision in accordance with the current
official standards and requirements recommended by the City Engineer
and established by resolution of the City Commission and on file in
the office of the Department of Public Works. Where outlets are readily
available, new plats shall be equipped with storm and sanitary sewers
constructed in a manner approved by the City Engineer.
