Section 500.010 Adoption Of Building Code Of St. Charles County.

The City of Weldon Spring does hereby adopt the Building Code of St. Charles County, as adopted in Section 500.100, OSCCMo. One (1) copy of said Building Code is on file in the City offices.

Section 500.012 Violations And Penalties.

Any violation of the Building Code adopted by this Article shall be deemed an ordinance violation, and the violator, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment in the City or County Jail not exceeding ninety (90) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Every day that any violation of this code shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.

Section 500.015 Adoption Of Existing Building Code Of St. Charles County.

The City of Weldon Spring does hereby adopt the Existing Building Code of St. Charles County, as adopted in Section 500.200, OSCCMo. One (1) copy of said Existing Building Code is on file in the City offices.

Section 500.018 Violations And Penalties.
