Editor's Note: Ordinance No. 442, adopted 12-12-2023, changed
the title of this article from "Sunday Club Liquor License" to "Sunday
Liquor Sales."

Upon receipt of a license issued by the City of Fairfax City
Council, a licensee may sell intoxicating liquor and beer during the
hours and days as allowed by Minn. Stat. § 340A.504, as
it may be amended from time to time.
The annual license fee for a Sunday club liquor license shall
be $200.
The licensee shall follow all conditions and restrictions otherwise
imposed by the City of Fairfax or state or federal statutes and regulation.
