Borough of Edgewater, NJ Article VIII Fees [1]

§ 81-38 Fees payable to Police Department.

Processing fees for each of the following items shall be as set forth below:

Item	Fee
Letter of good conduct	$15
Firearm ID card (does not include state fee or Morpho Trac fee)	$5
Permit to purchase firearm	$2
Handicapped parking permit (does not include MVC fee)	$3

§ 81-39 Collection and disposition of fees.

All payments made pursuant to this article shall be made by check or money order only, payable to the Borough of Edgewater Police Department. All sums collected under this chapter shall be considered the funds of the Borough of Edgewater Police Department.
