A. 
The Township Engineer shall inspect all phases of the installation of the permanent stormwater management facilities/BMPs required pursuant to a stormwater management site plan and simplified stormwater management site plan. It shall be the responsibility of the applicant to notify the Township Engineer in advance of construction of stormwater management facilities/BMPs so that required inspections can be scheduled.

During any stage of the work, if the Township Engineer determines that proposed improvements, temporary or permanent erosion and sedimentation control or stormwater management facilities are not being installed in accordance with the approved plan, the Township may revoke any existing permits until a revised plan is submitted and approved, as specified in this chapter.
A. 
During construction, duly authorized representatives of the Township may enter at reasonable times upon any property within the Township to inspect the implementation, condition, or operation and maintenance of the stormwater management facilities/BMPs to investigate whether construction activity is in compliance with this chapter.
B. 
Stormwater management facility/BMP owners and operators shall allow persons working on behalf of the Township ready access to all parts of the premises for the purposes of determining compliance with this chapter.
C. 
Persons working on behalf of the Township shall have the right to temporarily locate on any BMP in the Township such devices as are necessary to conduct monitoring and/or sampling of the facility's stormwater discharge.
D. 
Unreasonable delay in allowing the direct access to stormwater management facilities/BMPs is a violation of this chapter.
