A.
As a condition to the granting of a temporary license for the on-sale
of intoxicating liquor or 3.2% malt liquor for the Isanti Fire District
or Fire Agency Relief Association Annual Rodeo and associated events,
the Isanti Fire District or Fire Agency Relief Association shall have
in place liquor liability insurance as per Minn. Stat. § 340A.409,
as amended from time to time, and liability insurance in the following
amounts:

B.
Said insurance shall be in force during the entire period for which
the license is issued.

Said policy limits shall be maintained each and every year that
the Isanti Volunteer Fire District or Fire Agency Relief Association
sponsors the rodeo and associated events unless and until the required
policy limits as set forth herein are changed by amendment of this
article adopted the City Council.
