There is hereby created pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:54-1 et seq.
of the Revised Statutes of the State of New Jersey a body corporate
which shall be known as the "Trustees of the Free Public Library of
the Borough of South River."
The Board of Trustees shall consist of nine members to be appointed
by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the governing body pursuant
to N.J.S.A. 40:54-9 et seq.
The Board of Trustees shall hold in trust and manage all property
of the library. Notwithstanding the above, the Trustees shall have
all the duties and powers set forth in N.J.S.A. 40:54-1 et seq.
