It is the intent of this article to ensure that all applicable
zoning and development standards of Halfmoon Township are incorporated
into the design and construction of condominiums so that the results
of this type of development are essentially the same as the results
which would be accomplished under other methods.
For condominium projects, each condominium unit and its associated
limited common elements are considered equivalent to a lot and must
meet any applicable requirements related to lots in this chapter.
