The placement of recreational vehicles shall not be authorized in coastal high hazard areas and in floodways.

§ 25-13.2 Temporary Placement.

Recreational vehicles in flood hazard areas shall be fully licensed and ready for highway use and shall be placed on a site for less than 180 consecutive days.

§ 25-13.3 Permanent Placement.

[Ord. #2526, 7-11-2023, adopted]

Recreational vehicles that are not fully licensed and ready for highway use, or that are to be placed on a site for more than 180 consecutive days shall meet the requirements of § 25-15.2 for habitable buildings and § 25-12.3.
