This chapter does not apply to:
A. Adult oriented businesses as defined in Section
17.94.010;
B. Theaters,
concert halls or similar establishments primarily devoted to the presentation
of theatrical performances; or
C. Any
act authorized or prohibited by any state or federal law.

It is unlawful for any person to appear, bathe, sunbathe, walk
or be on any public park, playground, or on any other public land
or on any private property open to public view from any public playground,
park, public place or public right-of-way in such a manner so as to
knowingly and intentionally:
A. Expose
his or her genitals, pubic hair, natal cleft, perineum, anal region
or pubic region; or
B. Expose
the nipples and/or areola of the female breast except as necessary
while engaging in the breast-feeding of an infant under the age of
two years old; or
C. Expose
any device, costume or covering which gives the appearance of, or
simulates the genitals, pubic hair, natal cleft, perineum, anal region,
nipple and/or areola of the female breast or pubic hair region.

A violation of this section is punishable as an infraction pursuant to Section
1.08.030 of this code or punishable as a misdemeanor pursuant to Section
1.08.020 of this code.
