The rules, regulations, provisions, and conditions set forth
in that certain publication entitled "Standard Specifications for
Public Works Construction, Current Edition" (2009 Greenbook), including
any supplements and amendments thereto, as prepared by the Greenbook
Committee of Public Works Standards, Inc., is hereby adopted as the
standard specifications regulating materials of construction and their
use in the erection, installation, and construction of public works
improvements in the city and providing for the administration of contracts
as well as permits issued in connection with such improvements, and
the same shall be designated, known and referred to as the standard
specifications for public works construction in and for the city.
A copy of the 2009 Greenbook is on file in the office of the city
clerk and is available for use and examination by the public.
