The purpose of this Part 4 of this chapter is to establish standards, rules, procedures and requirements for the construction, reconstruction, repair and maintenance of on-site sanitary disposal systems; to provide for certain permits, registration of certain persons whose business affects the public health, posting of performance or indemnity bonds and payment of permit fees; to prohibit the construction of privies and other open disposal of septic tank material and human excrement; and to impose penalties for violations.
The Administration and enforcement of this Part 4 of this chapter and the standards, rules, procedures and regulations adopted hereunder shall be the responsibility of the Township Sanitary Officer.
