A.
The animal control laws applicable within Frederick County,
as amended from time to time, are hereby adopted by reference as governing
the conduct of pets and animals within the corporate limits of the Town of
Mount Airy which are located within Frederick County, and all citizens of
the municipality within Frederick County will abide by said animal control
laws and any amendments thereto.
B.
The animal control laws applicable within Carroll County,
as amended from time to time, are hereby adopted by reference as governing
the conduct of pets and animals within the corporate limits of the Town of
Mount Airy which are located within Carroll County, and all citizens of the
municipality within Carroll County will abide by said animal control laws
and any amendments thereto.
A.
The Commissioners of Frederick County, or their successors,
are through their designated agent or government department hereby empowered
and designated by the Town of Mount Airy to enforce its laws within the corporate
limits of the Town of Mount Airy which are located within Frederick County.
B.
The Board of Commissioners of Carroll County, or their
successors, are through their designated agent or government department hereby
empowered and designated by the Town of Mount Airy to enforce its laws within
the corporate limits of the Town of Mount Airy which are located within Carroll
County.
