Any person refusing or failing to leave or found to have entered any public property within the Town of Mount Airy during those hours specified by posting upon the same that the property is not open to public use shall be deemed to have committed a municipal infraction.
The amount of the infraction fine assessed shall be $25 for a first offense and $50 for each repeat offense.
The Mayor is hereby authorized to post any such property with respect to hours of use as in his judgment may seem proper and the Council may provide further for such posting by resolution from time to time.
