No owner of any horse, cow, pig, hog, goat, lamb, sheep or other pastoral animal shall suffer or permit such pastoral animal to be upon private property other than that of the owner without the consent of the owner or the tenant of the private property.
No owner of any horse, cow, pig, hog, goat, lamb, sheep or other pastoral animal shall suffer or permit such pastoral animal to be outside the boundary lines of the owner's property unless the same shall be subject to the control and supervision of the owner, or his/her agent, employee or a member of his/her family.
The provisions of this article shall be enforced by the Police Department, Zoning Officer, special law enforcement officer, Animal Control Officer(s) or such other person who shall have been appointed by the governing body.
Any person who violates any of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be liable to the penalty stated in Chapter 1, Article II, General Penalty.
