The owner and owners of any lot in the Township shall, within 30 days
after becoming such owners, present the deed or other evidences of title for
such lot to the Township for the purpose of recording the transfer and ownership
of such lot in the official records of the Township.
The deed or other evidence of title presented for recording and plotting
shall contain a definite identification of the location of the lot or property
conveyed by insertion of a definite beginning point, the street and house
number, and the block and lot numbers according to the most current revision
of the Township Tax Map.
The Township may refuse to accept any deed or other instrument for plotting
or recording.

There shall be a fee paid to the Township for the plotting and recording
of each deed or other instrument exclusive of filed map which is evidence
of title.
Any person who fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be liable to the penalty stated in Chapter
1, Article
II, General Penalty.
