A.
The Board of Trustees hereby adopts and accepts the applicability
of the New York State Fire Prevention and Building Code ("Uniform
Code") and the State Energy Conservation Construction Code (the "Energy
Code") as hereinafter amended from time to time in accordance with
the provisions of § 381, Subdivision 2, of the Executive
Law of the State of New York and other applicable laws and regulations
of the state. The provisions of said Uniform Code and the Energy Code
will be enforced in the Village of Ossining by the Village Building
Inspector, Assistant Building Inspector or their designees.

B.
The Board
of Trustees hereby accepts the applicability of any time frames as
set forth in 19 NYCRR 1203 et seq. for full compliance with the Uniform
Code.
